A: We recommend that individuals attend the day program a minimum of two days per week. This helps to establish a routine, eliminating the need to reintroduce the program each week, and helps your loved one look forward to his or her time at the day center.

A: Participants have the flexibility to arrive whenever their schedule allows. A nutritious breakfast is served daily, during which time participants can socialize. At approximately 9:00 a.m., activities begin which include: brain fitness, light exercise, reminiscing, and music. At noon, a delicious, home-style, catered lunch is served. Group activities continue into the afternoon, and a light snack is served at 3:00 p.m. Participants can be picked up when their loved one’s schedule allows.
